Great food at reasonable prices. Always friendly service!

Horrible customer service! Placed an order online and received a verification code. When I went to pick up they didn't have the order. Rather than trying to figure out what went wrong or even asking me if I wanted to place an order then, the young man at the desk just dismissed me and started talking to the person behind me. Wow! I have been ordering from Great Wall for 9 years. I will never go there again. They are not the only Chinese take out in town. I will be going elsewhere.

I'm so distraught. I loved this place and especially the employees including Zach. But I got a credit card receipt which was twice the amount. I am wondering how many times he has gouged me before. I'll never go back and Zach I am so disappointed. I thought we were friends but you told me you get paid off cc proceeds and you are smart. This was no accident.

Ordered large shrimp and large chicken fried rice and egg rolls for pickup. Store relatively clean, staff quick. Food was good for a small take out place. Was a little on the pricey side ($20+), but I ordered larges and we had lots of leftovers for days.

This is my go-to for pick up. The lunch special General Tao's chicken is awesome. Every time is cooked thoroughly with good ingredients. I like this spot.

Clean friendly... and omg they must use ocean water to cook their food cause holy saltness . Food was ehhhh... not up to par really... good day should’ve eaten at the Japanese restaurant next door...

ALERT!!! ALERT!!!ALERT!!!! I ate at this restaurant Saturday 16 July 2016 and I received salmonella poisoning. I ordered sweet and sour chicken. I started feeling sick later in the evening on Saturday, then Sunday felt awful, by Monday morning, I had to go to the emergency room! ! I received a follow up call from hospital today and was informed I tested positive for salmonella poisoning. I did not eat anywhere else so I know I got it from this restaurant. I have eaten here before with no issues...never returning. I just don't want anyone else getting sick like I did. I missed 2 days of work and had to pay for meds....not worth it to me to ever go back ...

Egg drop soup was good it's really hard to mess that up though. I had the house pancit and it was more like a Ramen bowl very soupy and oily! I've had way better!

Worst customer service you can imagine by the person who took my order

Have to agree with the other reviews about this place going downhill. I just waited almost an hour for 2 pints of food, and when I got home I found only 4 bites of chicken in the whole chicken and broccoli pint. No brown sauce, mostly just oil. Not to mention, the lady at the counter was super dismissive of me and kept telling me "only a few minutes" when I have a feeling that they didn't start making my online order until I showed up in person. Not worth the hassle of having only pick up service when it's slow, and the food isn't even good anymore.

The food has always been good here. I love the renovations and the customer service has improved 100%. Love Great Wall

This was some of the best Chinese food I have had in a while. Next to Dragon Palace on Daniel Island, this is absolutely the best Chinese food in Mount Pleasant for a good price.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is great and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a pleasant time. warmly recommended.

Great service and great food. I have been ordering here since I was in middle school and I have always been satisfied. We ordered takeout for a large group of friends while in town for the holiday and no one had any complaints (only complements.) The food was just as good as it has always been. Great people; amazing service.

Pretty bland food. Tofu was cooked well though. Kung pao should have been spicier.

This is one of the better Chinese restaurants in Mount Pleasant. It’s set up mostly for take-out, but there are five to ten tables. The lo mein and General Tso’s shrimp is always good. The egg rolls are a little greasy, but tasty. Service is fast, and parking is convenient.
